 Translation Flow |
1. Client e-mail or fax the basic requirements of translation to
our company. Language type, document type, workload, deadline, etc,
are included in the base requirements, and your phone number, fax
number, contact person and simple introduction of your file should
be attached.
2. Client service staff answers the consultation from client and
provide with translation scheme and quotation to client for reference
and choosing.
3. After negotiating by interview, phone or email, both sides sign
Translation Contract.
4. Deposits of 50 percent of the translation fees shall be collected
in advance. Client delivers the related material to client service
staff, and then translation department organizes a project team
according to the type of project, and starts to operate the project.
5. After the translation work is finished, client service staff
sends the finished document to client in the agreed way. Client
pays the remaining sum as per the contract after checking and accepting
the work. Purse bearer invoices client for the complete translation
fee after he or she receives the remaining sum. The translation
process is completed up to now. Interpretation Flow Client e-mail

Language type, interpretation mode, content, date and time, and
interpreters, etc, are included in the base requirements. Client

interpretation fee after he or she receives the remaining sum. The
interpretation process is completed up to now.
